KC Ndefo had 16 points and 12 rebounds to lead Seton Hall to a 71-67 victory against DePaul on Saturday at Wintrust Arena.
Al-Amir Dawes added 15 points, shooting 4-of-8 overall, including 3-for-5 on 3-pointers and 4-for-4 from the free-throw line. He also had three steals. Femi Odukale and Tyrese Samuel scored 12 points each for the Pirates (11-8, 4-4 Big East).

Da’Sean Nelson led five Blue Demons in double figures, scoring 15 points. Yor Anei added 13, Umoja Gibson had 11 points and five assists and Philmon Gebrewhit and Javan Johnson 10 points each for DePaul (8-10, 2-5), which has lost six of eight.
The game went into halftime tied at 39, with Dawes scoring nine points in the half. Seton Hall used a 7-0 run to take the lead at 52-48 with 12:24 left and held on.

DePaul on Tuesday beat Villanova 75-65, snappiing a 22-game losing streak in the series.
The Blue Demons face Xavier at home Wednesday while Seton Hall plays host to UConn.
