The price was down from earlier public listings, which touted a custom fireplace imported from Paris, another brass fireplace and a “true chef’s kitchen” that includes a waterfall-edged marble island. The upstairs includes a “sprawling” primary suite with a marble bath and the lower level features a home theater and exercise studio.
