Prince’s attorney said he has a GED and has been a member of the Army National Guard since August 2017. The attorney argued that Gill had military training and threatened Prince in multiple ways, including death threats, after their relationship ended. He also argued Prince made no statements of admission and there was not enough proof that he had committed this crime.
