Zach LaVine is committed to improving his defense — even if the metrics show the Chicago Bulls star isn’t all the way there yet

Near the end of the third quarter Monday against the Indiana Pacers, Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine lost sight of his man, Justin Holiday, on defense. Holiday emerged near the top of the arc to knock down a wide-open 3, giving the Pacers the lead, and Bulls coach Billy Donovan could tell LaVine was upset with himself after the play.
