Toledo, 25, was originally charged Dec. 26 in Cook County with intent to deliver cocaine and marijuana, both felonies, court records show. He was given a $25,000 bond, which was posted by his sister, and placed on electronic monitoring. A hearing is scheduled for Monday at the Rolling Meadows courthouse.
