A federal judge dismissed Finnigan’s claim Thursday, the day she reported to jail, saying she might get what she was seeking following her exam. Sure enough, Nury Marcelo, the jail’s health service administrator, said in a court document filed Friday that Finnigan has been approved to receive methadone from an outside clinic.
