Valentine’s Day may warm hearts, but Chicago’s below-zero wind chill, low temperatures continue area’s deep freeze Sunday

The Garfield Community Service Center, 10 South Kedzie Ave., and the Dr. Martin Luther King Community Service Center, 4314 South Cottage Grove Ave., both will serve as continuous, overnight warming centers until 5 p.m. Monday. The Chicago Cultural Center at 78 E. Washington St. will also be open as a warming center through Monday afternoon, according to the city.
