“It’s an absolute, abject, total, undeniable failure, which leads me to conclude that the only way that we can get out of this morass, this mess, this total breakdown in the mail delivery for the South Side and indeed for the entire Chicago postal district is we need a new management team,” Rush said. “I can only conclude and demand that the postmaster, Postmaster Prater, resign immediately or that she be terminated immediately. And I don’t do this lightly.”
