Target leased the entire 999,900-square-foot warehouse, called Exchange 55, in December 2019, according to real estate research firm CoStar Group. The 70-acre site, along Interstate 55, Pulaski Road and the Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal, was the former Crawford Power Generating Station.
