St. Charles man gets probation, $15,000 fine for helping factory conceal undocumented workers

Sergio Badani, an executive vice president of a Chicago staffing company, “knowingly concealed” the true identities of 17 people who had been identified by the law enforcement officials as being undocumented during an audit of the factory, a news release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office said.
