“If we’re going to change our culture, it’s going to be because the community demands it,” Brown said. “And we as a profession, not just as a department, have to number one, embrace this change that’s happening across this country in law enforcement. We have to embrace it. A lot of what that means is shut up and listen. That’s what that means,” Brown said.
