Palatine man driving on revoked license accused of sixth DUI, police say

Andres C. Chavez, 38, of the 500 block of North Quentin Road, was charged Monday with one felony count of aggravated DUI, one misdemeanor count of driving on a revoked driver’s license, and one misdemeanor count of hit and run, according to a police statement.
