“We may actually rise above freezing for the first time since Feb. 4,” said meteorologist Todd Kluber, of the National Weather Service’s Romeoville office. From there, temperatures will return to seasonal norms in the 30s with possibly a 40-degree high by Feb. 24, Kluber added.
