About 9 p.m. at a parking lot outside a gas station in the 100 block of South Cicero Avenue, Underwood, Hill and a witness were sitting in a Maserati belonging to Hill’s girlfriend, Cook County prosecutors said. Hill was in the driver’s seat, while Underwood sat in the back seat behind the driver. The pair got out of the car and walked to the front door of Shaffer’s vehicle, also parked in front of the gas station.
