Police have named a 29-year-old man as a person of interest in Jiang’s death. U.S. Marshals are offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the suspect, identified as Qinxuan Pan, a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the Hartford Courant reported Tuesday.
