La Grange police responded to a call at 6:53 a.m. Feb. 23, about an individual struck by a train on the Burlington Northern railroad tracks near Kensington and Burlington avenues, which is west of La Grange Road, police officials reported. Officers found an unresponsive man at the scene, police said in a statement.
