Martanisha Robinson, 18, was pronounced dead at 12:10 a.m. Saturday after being attacked just before 11:40 p.m. in a home in the 4700 block of South Champlain Avenue, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office. Andre Thurman, 18, who lives at the same address where Robinson was killed, was scheduled to appear for a bond hearing on a first-degree murder charge Monday, according to court records.
