Jerry Yarbor, 49, was arrested about 11:25 a.m. Wednesday on 111th Place just west of State Street, according to a police news release. Yarbor’s accused of fatally shooting Kobayashi Wylie-Hill, 36, in an apartment in the 6100 block of South Carpenter Street about 1:10 a.m. Sept. 6, according to authorities.
