Rollins was arrested on the West Side Monday, in the 3000 block of West Roosevelt Road, in Lawndale, by members of the Great Lakes Regional Task Force, a group that focuses on locating fugitives. Police said task force members had been looking for Rollins since investigators identified him as a suspect in a Friday afternoon homicide.
