One Fair Wage, a group that seeks higher guaranteed wages for restaurant workers, filed a lawsuit Thursday, April 15, 2021, against Olive Garden’s parent company, Orlando, Florida-based Darden Restaurants. The lawsuit says Darden pays its tipped workers subminimum wages as low as $2.13 per hour in the 43 states that allow that practice. (Elise Amendola/AP)
