The Lake Shore Drive bridge will be closed from 10 p.m. Thursday to 5 a.m. Friday, according to a statement from transportation representatives. The bridge also was closed April 5-6 and Monday for work and testing, but during work Monday, additional “repairs were found to be needed before the boat runs start. Thursday had always been scheduled as a backup,” CDOT spokesperson Susan Hofer said in an email.
