“You also have to have a feel with that for how guys are getting pitched, and guys aren’t the same every day — it’s not a video game, you can’t expect them to do the same thing over and over again,” Happ said Friday. “So for us out there, just being able to read swings, make adjustments pitch-to-pitch, at-bat to at-bat for certain hitters.”
