The hospital said it provided 15,668 vaccines, and 70% of them went to people of color. The audit found no other instances of ineligible shots, according to the hospital. In addition, the hospital said 95% of its staff is vaccinated. Less than 1% of its vaccines were improperly given, the hospital said.
