Pat Carr, the assistant village manager of Tinley Park, said the incident began in Olympia Fields and involved a stolen vehicle and shots fired. No one was injured by the shots fired, but the vehicle was ditched on Interstate 80 near Oak Park Avenue in Tinley Park. Those inside the vehicle ran toward a subdivision north of the area.
