Illinois says 10% of residents have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine; New daily high of 95,375 vaccinations set Thursday

“By expanding the pool of those eligible to get a vaccine as our supplies are projected to increase, Illinois is advancing the goals of attaining equity, keeping those most at risk healthy, and reducing new cases, hospitalizations and death,” Pritzker said. “Already we’ve seen our vaccinated population look more and more like the population of Illinois, especially since we began phase 1b.”
