When fans head to Guaranteed Rate Field for Chicago White Sox games this season, safety measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 will make the experience different. The pandemic guidelines put in place mean there will be far fewer people in the stands — 20% capacity. Much of the ballpark experience will transform to limit people congregating and create social distancing. This includes changes to where people can park, enter the ballpark, order food and drinks and where they sit. Even ticketing will be different, with no paper stubs.
