On March 15, at approximately 12:20 a.m., Forest County Sgt. Adam Boney stopped a car with its right headlight out, according to court records. The car was headed north on State Highway 32 in the town of Wabeno, Wisconsin, which is about 50 miles south of Brown’s home in Michigan, according to records.
