The Rogers Park District station, 6464 N. Clark St., was the target of shots fired Sunday morning, Chicago police have said. On Tuesday, authorities released a still photo from surveillance footage that shows a black sedan with tinted windows and silver rims. Police spokeswoman Sally Bown said the agency had not determined the make or model, however.
