Following last week’s snowstorm, Chicagoans are in for sunnier days in the final week of February. On Tuesday, the National Weather Service reported the highest temperatures of 2021 with 46 degrees at O’Hare International Airport and Northerly Island, and 47 degrees in Waukegan.
