Cincinnati Reds prospect Hunter Greene, returning from Tommy John surgery in 2018, threw two fastballs clocked at 103 mph in his spring debut Tuesday night against the Dodgers. His first four pitches were between 101 and 103 mph, according to the ballpark radar reading. Catcher Tyler Barnhart called it a “welcome to the major leagues moment.” … Milwaukee legend Bob Uecker is beginning his 51st season in the Brewers broadcast booth and still going strong at age 87. “He’s got the secrets, man,” Brewers manager Craig Counsell said. “I’m starting to get interested in those secrets.” … Derrick Moore, a familiar voice in the Cactus League, has been sidelined this spring by health issues. Moore is a well-known lemonade vendor at Cactus League ballparks who yells, “Lemonade, lemonade, like grandma made.” A GoFundMe page was created to help Moore, with a target goal of $50,000. As of Wednesday the page had raised more than $135,000.
