The winds will still be whipping Friday morning, but the temperature should begin to steadily rise from the upper 20s felt Thursday, which has a high temperature of 43 degrees forecast. By Friday, the high could be almost 50 degrees, Saturday it may reach the mid 50s and there should be a significant spike by Sunday, when the temperature could reach the mid 60s.
