Qushawn Hawkins, 26, identified as the driver, who no longer is listed as being in the local jail, also faces charges of felony fleeing, as well as other traffic-related charges including reckless driving. Kantrelle Hawkins and Javon Sherrod were still being held in jail Friday morning, Hankins on $11,130 bond and Sherrod on $23,930 bond, according to records.
