A 17-year-old boy was also arrested Wednesday morning, identified by police as the person who carjacked two people on the West Side. He is charged with vehicular hijacking in an attacks Nov. 20 in the 1500 block of South Spaulding Avenue, in the Lawndale neighborhood, and Dec. 7 in the 3900 block of West Monroe Street, in East Garfield Park.
