Andrew Carter, 20, whose address wasn’t available, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office. Police said a second man was taken to Christ Medical Center, where he died; the medical examiner’s office later identified him as 22-year-old Edward Woodall, who lived in West Pullman just blocks from where he was shot.
